Cancellation & Refund Policy:
Advance Notice for Cancellations: Clients may cancel their scheduled sessions without penalty and a full refund provided that notice is received at least 24 hours prior to the start time.
Provider-Initiated Cancellations: In the event that the service provider must cancel a session, a full refund will be issued to the client promptly.
